
To order your music award, follow these steps.
Verify Eligibility:
Ensure you are eligible to order. We typically work with major and independant UK and Worldwide record labels, artist management, artists/band fan clubs and personalised gift suppliers. All orders for BPI certified awards must come from, or be authorised by, the BPI member company responsible for the title release.

Specify your Requirements:
Provide details about the type of award or plaque you need, such as;
· BPI-certified UK sales.
· IMPALA European sales award.
· Personalised presentation for long service, leaving or other milestones.
· Custom designs or standard awards.
Discuss Customisation and Design:
We offer both standard and custom-designed awards. You can request a bespoke design or choose from our catalogue. For custom orders, you may need to supply specific artwork, logo's or text.
Confirmation Order Details:
Work with our team to finalise details like size, materials, and personalisation. We will provide a visual mockup. When we have agreed on the design, we will send a proof or confirmation for approval.
Payment and Production:
Once the design is approved, we will send you the invoice. As soon as we receive payment, or a purchase order number from our account customers, we will go into production.
Fulfillment and Shipping:
Orders are completed within 10-14 working days from the point of payment, or receipt of purchase order. We offer worldwide dispatch. Tracking is available on request.
